Creating a concept
The concept is always developed in close collaboration with the target audience. For me, this means conducting interviews, surveys, and job shadowing to gain a precise understanding of the users’ reality.

Testing and Talking
I discuss the concept with key users or members of my target audience. At regular intervals, we also present, test, and review visual designs. The goal is to design as closely as possible to the user’s needs.
